About the Role

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join our growing team at HeitechSoft. You will be responsible for developing and implementing AI solutions that transform how our clients operate their businesses.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and fine-tune advanced AI models and tools, enhancing HeitechSoft's tech footprint and contributing to the evolution of AI as we know it. • Contribute to cutting-edge research and the application of the latest AI technologies. • Master languages and tools such as Python, LangChain, and OpenAI API to tackle exciting challenges. • Dive deep into Linux/Ubuntu and vector (semantic) databases, and utilize your skill-set to solve complex problems. • Pioneer new directions in generative AI, including text generation, text-to-speech, speech-to-text, summarization, conversational AI, and token classification.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar • Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks • Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
