AI-First Creative & Marketing Intern

Is your creative toolkit measured in layers and keyframes… or in tokens and prompts? If you're fluent in both Photoshop and prompt engineering, we're looking for you. HeitechSoft is searching for a new breed of creator. Someone who doesn't just use tools but collaborates with them. We're looking for an ambitious, AI-First Creative to explore the new frontier of digital content and help us invent what comes next. This is not your typical marketing internship. You won't be scheduling posts from a spreadsheet. You will be our pioneer in generative media. Your mission: to harness the power of world-class AI models and your own creative vision to produce stunning, original content that tells our story and captures attention.

What You’ll Actually Do: Create at the Edge: Generate and direct compelling video and image concepts using state-of-the-art AI models like Google Veo, Kling, Sora, and Imagen. Refine and Polish: Transform raw AI generations into professional, high-impact assets using your skills in DaVinci Resolve and Adobe Photoshop. You'll be the human touch that provides the final 10% of genius. Define Our Voice: Develop and manage our social media presence with content that stops the scroll and starts conversations. Design the Future: Collaborate with our team to design marketing materials—from web graphics to presentation assets—that look and feel like they're from tomorrow. Become the Expert: Experiment relentlessly, document your findings, and help us build the HeitechSoft playbook for an AI-first creative strategy.

This is a junior position where passion and potential outweigh professional experience. Your portfolio is your application. A Compelling Portfolio: You must have a portfolio of personal work that showcases your creative vision and experiments with digital media and/or AI tools. AI Native: Hands-on experience with generative AI image and video tools (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Imagen, Sora, Veo, Kling). Classic Craftsmanship: Proficiency in traditional creative software for finishing and polishing (Adobe Photoshop for images, DaVinci Resolve or a similar professional video editor). Social Media Savvy: An intuitive understanding of what makes content engaging and shareable on platforms like LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Instagram. The Right Mindset: An experimental spirit, a high tolerance for ambiguity (these tools are new for everyone!), and a powerful creative intuition for design, composition, and storytelling. Eligibility: You are a recent graduate or a current student in a relevant program (e.g., Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, Communications) and are eligible to participate in an internship/co-op program.
